Buying Stocks/Creating a portfolio

a. Once you sign in and make the deposits, you will be required to create your first portfolio with 3 players where 2 are Up Stocks and 1 is a Down Stock.

What are Up Stocks and Down Stocks? You can choose to buy Up Stocks if you feel that the cricket player will perform well in the upcoming matches or can choose to buy Down Stocks in the cricket player if you feel that the cricket player will not perform well in the upcoming matches. Table 1 below illustrates how Up Stock and Down Stock work in the Sixer game.

b. Multiplier: After creating the first Portfolio, you have the option to attach a ‘multiplier’ on a particular Stock. The multiplier may potentially increase the score of the Stock based on the performance of the cricket player in upcoming matches. Table 2 below illustrates how multiplier works.

c. You will not have the option to attach a multiplier on Stocks in the first portfolio created by you on the Platform. On subsequent purchase of Stocks, you will have the option to buy whichever combination of Up, Down and multiplier Stocks you wish.

d. When making a purchase, your portfolio must contain a minimum of 3 unique stocks following the transaction.

Tracking portfolio

a. A Stock would change in value due to the following reasons:

(i) The cricket player’s performance in the real-life cricket matches, and

(ii) Demand of the Stocks by the users of the Platform.

b. The scoring and pricing methodology adopted by Sixer with respect to the Stocks can be accessed at   https://scoring.sixergame.com/

c. Each Stock goes through a 5-game series where a series starts at an IPO price and expires at the end of 5 games (where the cricket player was in the playing XI), at an expiry price and another 5-game series starts at the IPO price.

d. In a 5-game series, the sum of the points scored by you for the games that have already been played are referred to as the ‘points scored in a series’. The sum of points that you are expected to score in the remaining games of a 5-game series is referred to as your ‘expectations or expected points’.

Selling

a. You can choose to sell a Stock after holding it for at least 1 match where the cricket player corresponding to the Stock was in the squad.

b. Based on the type of Stock held (Up, Down, Multiplier) and the cricket player’s current price, you would be realizing profit or loss for that Stock.

c. A Stock will be automatically sold in the following scenarios:

(i) Expiry: Expiry is the automatic sale of a stock at the end of a 5-game series.

(ii) Liquidation: If your unrealized loss in a Stock reaches -80% or below, that Stock is sold automatically before the next match for the player begins.

d. If all Stocks in your portfolio are deemed sellable, then you can choose to ‘Close Portfolio’ which allows you to sell all Stocks in your portfolio at once.

Trading Fee

Sixer may charge an administrative fee (“Trading Fee”) at the time of each transaction (including purchase, sale, expiry, liquidation and closing of portfolio) based on the market conditions as specified below:

Leaderboard

Sixer may run weekly or monthly trading contests on the Platform where top traders (in terms of trading volume) are rewarded with discount bonus or other tangible prizes upon hitting certain trading volume targets. This is independent from the core gameplay model provided above.

Withdrawal

a. You can choose to withdraw your earnings that are present in your Winnings if it has a minimum balance of ₹25 at the time of withdrawal. The maximum you can withdraw is ₹1,00,000 per day and can make up to 10 withdrawals per day.
